Eligibility: US citizens or permanent residents with a minimum GPA of 3.0 enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited college or university in Fall 2009. Describe the technology or innovation that you most wish existed today, and why. Be as specific as possible, and explain how you plan to be involved with this innovation, perhaps as an inventor, user, etc. The best essays will give clear details, avoid grammatical or spelling errors, and weave in the applicants personal goals, aspirations, or preferences. (C) Transcript: Include, or request to have sent, an official and current transcript to the address below.
