If you are an Arizona State University student or have a MyASU account/asurite, you can take the ASU personal wellness profile. MyPyramid Food Plan
http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx
This is a good website sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture. By simply entering your age, sex, weight, height, and physical activity, they will provide you with the amounts you should eat of each food group daily as well as the total calories for your particular build and life style. It also suggests how many teaspoons of oil and calories of sugar you should have each day.

My Pyramid Menu Planner
http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/planner/launchPage.aspx
This is a good website to get an idea of how much you have to eat to get enough vegetables, fruit, etc. You can test different amounts and foods to get an idea of how to satisfy your daily food groups. It does ask for a name but it does not save any information.
