How to write a resume

A resume can be the best tool to help you get a job, an internship, a recommendation letter, or even into college. One helpful tip that I wished I would have known, or thought of, was to keep a close record of the things that I was doing (during high school). You don’t need to be obsessive but do try to make some effort to record how much time you spend doing community service or what awards you win. It is pretty easy to forget these things after three or so years of high school.

What to include on your resume.

1. Heading
2. Objective (optional)
3. Education/Academics (Relevant Course Material: for internship/job)
4. Experience
5. Extracurricular Activities
6. References
